Excellent work, and great communication. Highly... recommend Charity Heating and Cooling. Wonderful people to work with. They came out gave us a couple options and estimates. Once we were ready, they were out within a couple of weeks. They also had options for financing. We love our 3 ductless min splits with heat pump. Cools great in the summer and heat in the winter. We needed a new heat pump/compressor. Charity... Heating and Cooling was recommended to us. Brian the owner was excellent to communicate with and responsive from the very beginning. He was calm and clear in explaining the path and the costs. The pricing at Charity was very reasonable. Brian introduced his team and took ownership of the entire job with an amazing spirit of SERVICE. Because of the size of the equipment and limitations of the space, he recognized we were going to need to do more than just replace the equipment. The project was also going to become a mini construction project which involved sheetrock replacement and paint matching and clean up. Brian, his sons and team did a wonderful job of keeping my wife and I informed of the project and completing the comprehensive work quickly. The project was a huge success and perfectly uneventful! They left the workspace very clean. We will recommend Charity to everyone. Big “thank you” to Brian and his sons and team. Brian and his crew did an amazing job installing... our new combo boiler and on demand water heater. They took the time to answer all of our questions. Brian came to our house 2x before the project started to make sure we had exactly the right plan and parts we wanted and needed. When the work was done they left the job clean and tidy. We plan to use them again in a few years when we update our Ac system.Can't say enough about how happy we are.read more
